Keiko Toda born (12 September 1957) is a Japanese actreses, voice actresses and singer who's best known for the role of Anpanman.
Outside of Anpanman her most well known voice roles are Thomas in the frist seasons of the japanese dub of "Thomas the tank engine" and Kitarou in the fifth verson of "Gegege no Kitaro"
