Anpanman: Star-Spirited Dollie (それいけ!アンパンマン いのちの星ドーリィ/Sore Ike! Anpanman Inochi no Hoshi no Doorii) is a 2006 superhero anime film directed by Hiroyuki Yano from a screenplay by Tomoko Konparu. The film is the 18th entry of the Anpanman series and commemorates the 10th anniversary of the Takashi Yanase Memorial Hall Anpanman Museum and Poem & Märchen Gallery. This film was aired alongside Kokin-chan and the Blue Tears.
A few days before the Star Festival, Anpanman finds an abandoned doll named Dollie after his patrol and takes the doll to the Bakery. That night, the Stars of Life gives Dollie her life. Dollie tries to enjoy her life while being aware of her Star of Life shrinking due to her selfishness.
Plot[]
Days before the Star Festival, Ms. Mimi cuts the paper into a star shape along with Melonpanna, Creampanda and the children while teaching the children about the creation of life of Anpanman World and the purpose of the Star Festival. Baikinman later appears and threatens the group, before they called Anpanman to defeat Baikinman, which succeeded.
Later, Anpanman completes his daily patrol and founds an abandoned doll drifting on the sea. Soon as the doll is about to hit by a wave, Anpanman manages to save the doll and takes it back to the Bakery. That night, several Stars of Life struck on the doll, giving her life. The doll, revealed to be Dollie, joyfully embraces her life. (TBA)
